Oughtibridge Primary School MAY FAIR!!
Saturday 17th May 1pm-4pm

After the success of last years May Fair, in partnership with the School, SOS are doing it again!!

This time we are raising fund to upgrade the AV equipment and add remote controlled blinds to the Coumes Hall skylights!!

We have already signed up a number of our brilliant local businesses again as stall holders, but there are still a few spaces. If you are interested in being a stall holder – please complete the form below and let us know!!

However, we are nothing without our SOS volunteer army and we are again recruiting helpers, if you can spare some time please sign up here: VOLUNTEER SIGN UP.

We are looking for volunteers to support a number of fun activities, as wells as provide those much needed refreshments. Here is a section of the activities we have planned.

As always, we appreciate that not everyone can volunteer, if you are not able please help us by spreading the word about the event with your friends and family network and attend if you can. We hope this will be a nice social and community event (especially if the weather is kind to us again, though of course there is a wet weather plan! 😉).

If there are any members of our school community who have employers with match funding schemes, and you are able to help volunteer at this weekend event, please let the committee know as this can turn a great event into a Golden event and would mean so much to the teachers!
